Meet Marian

Marian is a writer, a painter, a seamstress and an actress. When she was young she dreamt of being of being a dress designer. Inspired by the glossy pages of Seventeen magazine, she always made all of her outfits.  To this day she always comes out of her room and gives us a little twirl. "What do you think?" she says smiling. Spinning around delicately, with her hands daintily flipped out to the side. She always looks great, I can't wait to get home and see her next outfit.

As a child, my cousins and I would spend a part of our summer at grandmas house, like most little girls. She always had us painting, crafting, singing, play writing,dressing up and dancing. Grandma,  taught us to always, make a rough draft. She was our editor, publicist, director and citric (we always  received sterling reviews, of course). She planted, watered and nurtured our creativity.  

She is the definition of sweet. She chooses to see the world through rose coloured glasses. She looks for good in everyone and always seems to find it. If you could bottle her laugh it would smell like angle food cake. She is an amazing woman.

(You might be wondering why my blog is called MariOn Charlotte now, well ask blogger, I couldn't have Marian Charlotte. )
